Kitson House is a 6 bed property that can sleep up to 10 adults and children plus a baby. The property is perfect for grandparents, children and their children to all stay in the one place rather than separate rooms at a hotel. We have styled the property with families in mind and we hope you enjoy the bright and cheerful accessories. The property offers flexible room set ups with 2 bedrooms able to be kingsize or twin beds. This flexibility also lends itself well to a group of friends and would offer 8 separate beds.
Kitson House is brilliantly located very close to all the action of the South Bay - just 2 minutes from Sandside where you will find the harbour, restaurants and of course the many arcades. The property is in a slightly elevated positioned such that every window offers views of either the South Bay beach, the castle or the harbour. You can even enjoy a bay view from the kitchen window as you make a cup of tea. The property benefits from 2 outside terraces at the front and rear, each with great view across the bay and beyond.

What amenities are included at Kitson House?
6 bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests plus a travel cot.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Well stocked cupboards with plenty of crockery, mugs and glasses including all items needed to cook a roast dinner. Childrens cutlery plates and cups.
Front and rear terraces with views.
Living room and dining room that comfortably accommodate all guests plus a high chair.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, basin.
Separate WC with basin.
Ensuite shower room to top floor bedroom.
4 bedrooms also have a basin.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Kitson House is less than a 2 minute walk to Scarborough Harbour and seafront, and a 5 minute walk for access to the South Bay beach.

Is parking available at the properties?
Zoned street parking is available on the streets surrounding Kitson House, where parking discs should be displayed (for up to 2 hours) or a parking scratchcard which we can provide for full day parking. Hours of restriction are 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 7pm on Sunday, when a disc or scratchcard must be displayed.
Council car parking is also available very close by for long stay parking and is free after 6pm:

Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am.
